I've only been able to add a few Mods that work, and they are ones not requiring other Mods. I was beginning to wonder if it was my lack of experience or the program I got from GoG in early October. Good load orders and experimentation solves most problems. You just need patience and some tinkering with the load order. Thus this list serves the only purpose of showing that it is possible to use many mods with GOG version well. I have no pretension of creating a "Full list of GOGrim working mods" as I have no time to maintain such a list. Notice: This is not a list of "working mods", these are just the mods that I'm currently using and testing.
